Upon arrival, our friendly reception staff will be on hand to welcome you, confirm administration arrangements and help with any non-clinical queries you may have.
You will then be looked after by one of our nurses or consultants who will help you prepare for your procedure or appointment. A member of our medical team will ask you some questions so that everything relevant is known about your health, including your medical history.
Your nurse or consultant will explain the next steps whether it is discharge, follow up, investigations or a procedure and our admin team will help coordinate this for you.

Fitzrovia Hospital is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment, where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times. The safety of everyone is of paramount importance. There is a Safeguarding Officer and safeguarding procedures in place for adults and children at Fitzrovia.
In order to provide the best possible care for you it is important that you advise your doctor, anaesthetist or nurse of any medications you are currently taking, any allergies and any sensitivities.
The Fitzrovia Hospital has an outstanding executive chef and team who provide a seasonal menu for patients. Our chefs are always happy to accommodate dietary requirements.
We welcome children. Please make sure that your child has their favourite toy or blanket is they are staying overnight and don't hesitate to ask if there is anything we can do to make their stay more comfortable.
Fitzrovia Hospital offers chaperones for patients examined or treated at our facility.
We strongly advise you not to bring valuables with you into hospital. You will be asked to remove jewellery before any procedure. The rooms do have a lockable drawer or your nurses can store items securely for you.

Car parking facilities in Fitzrovia square are restricted. We advise that patients are dropped off immediately outside the main entrance to the hospital.
